私たちは「ユニークでありながら信頼に足る製品」を追求し、長年培った経験・知識・知恵・そして軽快なフットワークを活かして独自の方法で製品を選び抜き、WEBショップ「SOUND
ACTIVE」を中心にユーザーへ届けています。
さらに、まだ世に存在しない必要な機器を自ら企画・製造し、EXFORMブランドとして展開。プロショップへの卸売やプロフェッショナルユーザーへの販売を通じて、現場のリアルなニーズに応えています。

Philosophy & Mission
Soundactive Inc. inspires the imagination of active musicians, DJs, composers, arrangers, and other creators by providing musical equipment that supports their creativity and contributes to the enrichment of music culture.
We pursue products that are unique yet trustworthy, carefully selected through our long-cultivated experience, knowledge, wisdom, and agility. These products are delivered to users primarily through our official web shop, SOUND ACTIVE.
In addition, we design and manufacture equipment that does not yet exist in the market, developing it under our EXFORM brand. Through wholesale distribution to professional shops and direct sales to professional users, we respond to the real needs of the creative community.
At the foundation of these activities lies the identity inherited from the Vestax era—an ethos that connects music with human values. Our mission goes beyond simply providing equipment: we respect the sensibilities of those who create music and strive to build an environment that expands their means of expression.

金子 明宏（Akihiro Kaneko）
株式会社サウンドアクティブ 代表取締役／EXFORM ブランドマネージャー
1986年、武蔵工業大学機械工学科を卒業。1986年にベスタクス株式会社へ入社し、営業部に配属され製品修理も担当。1987年以降は国内向け全製品カタログ制作、新製品発表会の企画・司会進行、DJバトル大会の全イベント統括など、国内事業の中心的役割を担った。
1991年から1992年にかけて工業意匠を学ぶため一時退社し、1992年9月に再入社。営業部長として国内売上を短期間で約4倍に拡大し、その後も安定的に月間1.5〜2億円規模の売上を維持。2001年にはグループ会社である有限会社パココーポレーションの代表取締役に就任し、同年9月14日には渋谷マルイワンに「VESTAX TO THE CORE」アンテナショップをオープンした。
ベスタクス在籍中は、国内営業部・宣伝部・製造本部・アーティストリレーションなど海外営業部以外の全主要部署のトップを兼任。イギリス支社の立て直しのため現地勤務も経験し、社内文化形成にも貢献した。2007年、新代表取締役との考え方の相違を契機に退社。その後、ベスタクス株式会社とパココーポレーションは体制崩壊し、2014年倒産に至った。
2007年に両社を退社後、株式会社サウンドアクティブを設立。ベスタクスが倒産するまではベスタクス製品を中心に販売を続け、倒産後は自社ブランド
EXFORM を立ち上げ、ベスタクスのアイデンティティーを引き継いだ製品企画・販売を展開。現在も音楽文化と製品開発を結びつける活動を続けている。
Akihiro Kaneko

Akihiro Kaneko graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Musashi Institute of Technology in 1986. In the same year, he joined Vestax Corporation, where he was assigned to the Sales Department and also handled product repairs. From 1987 onward, he took charge of producing all domestic product catalogs, organizing and hosting new product launch events, and overseeing every DJ battle competition held in Japan, playing a central role in the company’s domestic business.
Between 1991 and 1992, he temporarily left the company to study industrial design, returning in September 1992 as Sales Director. He quickly expanded domestic sales to four times the previous level, stabilizing monthly revenue at ¥150–200 million. In 2001, he concurrently became President of the group company PACO Corporation, opening the “VESTAX TO THE CORE” antenna shop in Shibuya Marui One on September 14 of the same year.
During his tenure at Vestax, Kaneko served as head of nearly all major divisions except the International Sales Department, including Domestic Sales, Promotion, Manufacturing, and Artist Relations. He also worked in the UK for one month to help restructure the branch office and contributed to shaping the company’s internal culture. In 2007, he resigned due to differences in vision with the new president. Vestax Corporation and PACO Corporation later collapsed, leading to their bankruptcy in 2014.
After leaving both companies in 2007, Kaneko founded Soundactive Corporation. Until Vestax’s bankruptcy, he continued to distribute Vestax products, and afterward launched his own brand EXFORM, inheriting the identity of Vestax and developing original products. Today,
he continues to contribute to music culture by providing equipment that
bridges product development with the creativity of musicians, DJs, and
other creators.
